BSOD on stop after stress test

I am testing my new build with 5950x. After installing Windows 11 I ran AIDA64 twice for 6-7 hours with mixed stress CPU + FPU + cache + memory everything was looking good, but when I pressed stop I got BSOD instantly. I am running the latest Extreme edition. Should I try older BIOS or another version of AIDA64? Is it possible it is software issue and not hardware related?

I am having the same issue. Temperatures all look good, CPU+FPU+Memory+Cache runs for hours with no issues, but when I press stop it immediately BSOD's - Windows 11 PRO 22621. i5-13700kf (not overclocked), 32gb DDR5 6200 CL36
