After installing Windows 11 I ran AIDA64 twice for 6-7 hours with mixed stress CPU + FPU + cache + memory everything was looking good, but when I pressed stop I got BSOD instantly. I am running the latest Extreme edition. Should I try older BIOS or another version of AIDA64? Is it possible it is software issue and not hardware related?
