Federico_Aloisi
My AIDA64 (last update) shows temperatures for both the M.2#1 and the SAMSUNG SSD 980 Pro 1TB mounted in it. While the temperature shown for the SSD is actually normal (in the range of 38-42°C) the M.2#1 is constantly at 80°. Any explanation about that? Thanks for any help. M.2 #1 would most likely be measured by your motherboard, and shows the temperature measured by the motherboard around the M.2 #1 socket. Do you think the measurement is incorrect since -- as far as I understand it -- it never moves from 80 Celsius? In that case please let us know what version of AIDA64 are you using. Federico_Aloisi
Thank you for your reply. Yes, it is almost always at 80°, goes to 82°-83° for some seconds, then back to 80°. What is weird is that the SSD in the slot #1 operates at normal temperatures, even under load. AIDA64 version is 6.70.6033
