Error cpu usage and fan speed

Hello, since yesterday the cpu usage and rpm fan of the case is totally crazy, it changes very quickly 1 to 20 then back to 2 and back to 17, what are the solutions? (I can't put a video)

In the meantime I have uninstalled and reinstalled Aida64 in normal or beta version, but the problem still persists

There is also the motherboard and cpu temperature which does not change despite the loads.
I have a stress test and you can clearly see the difference between cpu and cpu package

cpu and motherborad 30 degrés and cpu package 72 degrés
