GTX 580 Memory Clock Speed

I am using AIDA64 version 1.50.1200. I have an EVGA GTX 580 video card. EVGA Precision shows a memory clock of 2004 Mhz. AIDA64 displays 1002 Mhz.

Maybe EVGA Precision shows the effective clock, while AIDA64 shows the real clock. In fact, AIDA64 is supposed to show both real and effective clocks.
