AIDA64 Extreme (v7.35.7000) freezes - on Detecting sensor information?

Hallo, not sure if this is a bug or not. But with the latest version I had a lot of problems that it freezes as soon as it starts. When I open Preferences or configure I see a windows with "Detecting sensor information" which I cannot stop (or I don't know how). I guess this is the problem why AIDA64 freezes, as it's waiting for that information.

I tried so many things I do not know how I stopped the detection but somehow it starts working again. I do know I disabled some of the items in Stability which I know I do not have.

Anyone else with the same issue?

Okay, after 2 hours the same issue again ... all freezes and opening Preferences or configure I get again "Detecting sensor information" window which doesn't stop.... 😞

I disabled many items in the Stability config, but no joy. Still no clue why but I submitted a ticket.

Disappointing support, no reaction sofar and a not working AIDA64 😞

Did you also try the latest Beta Version: 7.35.7004 beta (Aug 11, 2024) as most issues are addressed:

What motherboard do you have?
