Beadapanel 7 not working with AIDA64. (Upgrading from 5" version)

I uninstalled my old 5" panel and plugged in the new panel into the same USB port. But I get the following error in AIDA64.

 

I am not seeing a Beadapanel in the HID devices. All I see when the device starts up is a clock and i cant seem to intereact with it.

Running Beadatools reports no devices either. Is this device faulty? No instructions came with the device. Device was purchased from https://www.nxelec.com/

In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.
