Hi, I'm facing some similar issues like this post and this post, and disabling PCH measurement helps with the problem.

My motherboard have the same issue. And it uses H87 chipset.

Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Let me know how it works.

I have now upgraded to the latest beta version. What do I need to provide?

That should already work with your motherboard, so no need to provide anything.

No,I still manually disabled PCH measurement. If I don't disable PCH measurement, the system will freeze in a few seconds.

Wait a minute, I just tried a few more times and it's working properly now.Thank you!
