pstar9
Hy Recently i bouth a new ASUS P7H55-M motherboard, after i got the new system up and running the first thing i had done is to install AIDA64 extreme trial (1.50) to see the temperatures (just in case i had instaled CPU cooler wrong or something), and one sensor got my attention the AUX sensor which is showing between 75C-90C ( (i think it's a little bit too hot considering that if i touch every part of the MB it feels nothing more than hand warm. I searched the ASUS support forum but i did not find anything about it. This is the system i got: Asus P7H55-M Intel Core i3 540@default (3.07Ghz) + Alpine GT 11 cooler 2*2Gb DDR3 1333 (Kingston 99U5458-001.A00LF) Sapphire Ati Radeon HD3850 256MB (OC > 750/1009, Accelro S1 Cooler); 2 HDD-s (Primary: WDC WD3200AAKS-00SBA0; Secondary: SAMSUNG HD321KJ) 1 ODD (ASUS DRW-20B1LT ATA Device) PSU: Corsair VX450W Additional fans: 1 Case Fan (Cooler Maste 12Cm pluged directly to one of the case fan connectors) 1 VGA fan (Sycthe fan 12Cm, it's on the VGA cooler pluged into a Zalman contor unit to controll the RPM of the Fan, the ZM unit is plugin into the last case fan plug on the board. Fiery
Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1212psk4n0yrvxzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. Thanks, Fiery
pstar9
After using the beta this sensor had disappeared from the list. Could it bee that there isn't any AUX sensore on the MB? Or we got another bug in the beta ?
Fiery
Yes, the Aux reading was related to a not-connected sensor pin, so we've removed it. We've also recalibrated the voltage readings
