SmartCool LCD open failed

First of all, thank you everyone for visiting and leaving comments. I posted an error with the 2.4 inch smartcool screen. It worked once, then reset the device and it still doesn't recognize the LCD. Can anyone help me with this error? Thank you.

It looks like some other software is handling the SmartCool display device and that prevents AIDA64 from opening a device handle for it.

I solved this problem by reinstalling AIDA64 Extreme

I have the same issue. Reinstalling did not fix it.
