Specifically, I am encountering a process named kerneld.x64 that I am unable to terminate, which is preventing me from proceeding with the uninstallation to then try reinstall to make the software start in the first place. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or advice on suitable software that could help me remove this process effectively.
