fasle spec Different specs on different system language

Today I received tablet from AliExpress I checked the system specs with aida app, and strangely enough if system language is English it shows that tablet has 4 GB of RAM, but if I change language to Ukrainian or to Russian app shows only 2 GB of RAM (I'll add the screenshots).

For example if I check same spec on my phone in different languages it shows same amount of RAM regardless.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that fake device manufacturers and vendors target respected Play Store apps like AIDA64 by designing their products around the idea to fool those apps with fake device properties reported via standard Android API calls and Linux kernel files. It's best to avoid fake devices.
