ltron2
I switched my Microsoft account on Windows 11 from an administrator to a standard user by creating a local administrator account, but since then Aida64 (the portable version) has been behaving a bit oddly. Firstly it does not ask for admin rights when launching the program anymore, when running a benchmark it no longer warns me about a hypervisor being present even though it still is and when updating the program it fails to open again seemingly because of a lack of admin rights that it failed to request. I had to manually run it as administrator for it to open again after updating. I also noticed on one occasion it froze after I opened it and stopped responding before closing itself (although this has only happened once). Do I need to download a clean portable version of Aida64 or is some of this expected behaviour? I have a 5800X3D, Gigabyte X570 Master, Nvidia RTX 3080 FE Seagate Firecuda 530 1TB NVME SSD and Windows 11 Pro 23H2 and I'm using Gsync on my LG C1 48" TV. Edit: please move to bug reports, I posted in general discussion by mistake.

Without administrator privileges you will lose quite a bit of functionality though, so I'd still use it as a local admin.
