Which One of These 3 Temps Tells You the CPU Temps?

So I am not really sure which one of these tells you the actual CPU temp, does anyone know?

I understand that, but which one represents the actual temp for the CPU? I mean there is quite a difference between CCD #1 being at 29 degree and CPU being at 45 degree no? So it's a little bit confusing.

I'd use CPU or CPU Diode.
