System Stability does not open and is just a white screen after buying program.

Hello, I recently purchased AIDA64 because I love it, but now I cannot open the System Stability test at all, which was the only feature I used during the trial. I'm not sure where to go from here, and I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post.


I can hover over the window and see it but it's now just a white screen which is not does not interact with me even if I click open

When you go to the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64, does it display sensor readings properly?
