IndyMX Posted January 16 Author Posted January 16 It happens randomly. Mostly noticing it in the morning after the computer has been idle over night. The app is usually idle in the system tray. Quote

IndyMX Posted Saturday at 03:05 AM Author Posted Saturday at 03:05 AM Is there anything else I can provide to possibly get an answer on this issue? If not, can I get a refund as this software is useless to me if it keeps crashing??? Quote

I'm afraid the issue you're experiencing is too generic, so it would take a lot of efforts on your part to dig down deeper, e.g. disable various modules of AIDA64 to try to pinpoint the reason of the error message. If you're up for it, we can go down that path, but I still cannot guarantee that we could find the bug that way So in case you have a sour taste in your mouth about the $$ investment, then perhaps the best way for you is to get a refund and find another solution. I don't have time to debug your software, I'd rather just get a refund and move on. Quote
