CUDA usage fluctuation during GPU stress

I tried to stress GPU for some reason today. But I found that during GPU stress the CUDA usage fluctuated between 50% and 100%.

So I wanna ask is that normal？

Yes, it's because the AIDA64 GPU stress test keeps issuing OpenCL kernels to the video driver in a constant manner.  Between two kernels there's a slight pause due to OpenCL layer latency.
