In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.

Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Will this also fix getting correct GPU temp, volts, Core clock?  It is not working with my 5090

problem temporary solved by updating to the latest "beta" version. GPU utilization only appear in beta version 7.50.7233

Yes, it should.  In case the latest beta build still doesn't work properly, in AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.
