I don't know if this CPU core temp sensor error is due to a problem with the hardware or the AIDA64 Extreme v. 7.60.

Is this an issue with my hardware or with AIDA64?

Any feedback is helpful

We've checked it with our own 265K based test system, and the core temperatures are a lot closer to the other CPU temperature measurements.  If you can see the same anomaly in other monitoring software (like HWMonitor, HWiNFO), then it could well be a hardware issue.
