SteelSeries Apex Pro Gen 3 not showing up (LCD)

Just got an Apex Pro Gen 3 keyboard today and tried using Aida to display metrics to the LCD display on the keyboard. I’ve enabled it in the LCD menu under steel series, but nothing is showing up under LCD items menu. I’ve tried exiting any conflicting apps (SteelSeries GG, MSI Afternurner, RTSS) but still not showing up. Is the Gen 3 supported? I know the apex pro is but maybe not up to date with newer version of it?

In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.

Thank you!  Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Well, just got home to test it out and it recognizes the keyboard now but whenever i try to add something to it, whatever its sending to the OLED is not what is displayed in the preview in Aida.

I'm afraid the communication protocol must have changed in recent models of Apex Pro.  We need to find out what to do about this to make it work on your Gen 3 keyboard.
