I have a question about updates

I am out of the blue getting a HWINFO message saying an update is available.  Is this for Aida ?  I didn't load HWINFO.. Its all aida ?  Should I apply it ? I think last time I applied it it crashed the installation and I had to uninstall and reinstall aida.

AIDA64 never refers to HWiNFO, so if it's an update for HWiNFO, then it's not an AIDA64 update for sure.

Thanks,  I will not apply this patch.. I am suspect of it's legitimacy..  I don't have HWINFO loaded unless it is part of another application..  Might be part of ASUS ARMORY but I am going to skip it.   Last time I applied this update it crashed aida64 and I had to completely reinstall.
