No motherboard or gpu sensors after reinstalling AIDA64 Extreme (ASRock X670E Taichi)

I wanted a fresh start with aida and after uninstalling and reinstalling version 7.65.7400 the sensors for the motherboard and gpu are no longer present

In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.

What kind of video card do you have?

video card is xfx 7900xtx

as an aside; this also happened every time i downgraded graphics drivers.

• 24.12.1 -> aida working
• upgrade to 25.3.1 -> aida working
• downgrade to 24.12.1 -> aida not working
• upgrade back to 25.3.1 -> aida working

so once i upgrade. if i want aida i am stuck on that graphics driver

this time i just wanted a fresh start to see if i could stop this problem from happening. but now aida does not work at all by simply reinstalling. i uninstalled, rebooted, installed, rebooted

The dump indicates that AIDA64 couldn't load its kernel driver for some reason.  Do you have it (AIDA64) properly installed?

yes, im using the installer.

Then try to restart Windows, it should help to get the kernel driver back in order.

i only posted here after many uninstall > reboot > install > reboots 

everything was working fine until i uninstalled and reinstalled both with the installer

Please try it with the latest AIDA64 beta too, it's from the next generation of AIDA64, so major changes included

my license key does not work with the version you linked. i was due to renew the license in may of this year but i did not because of this issue particularly and i also have issues with other unrelated items in the year that i was using aida that i did not want to derail this topic with.

for example; i reported in may last year (the very day i purchased the license) that the fan sensor for my power supply does not work. 

this still has not been fixed in over a year with the latest version i have used here;

The MEG Ai1300P fan RPM issue is already fixed in the latest AIDA64 beta update:

In case your existing license doesn't work with this build, just let it work in trial (evaluation) mode and check out whether it fixes all issues you previously found.
