AIDA64 throws a Blue Screen when closing it with the OSD Panel open

I am using AIDA64 version 7.65.7400. When I close the program, Windows gives a blue screen. This has happened to me before. Please help.

Thank you. Does the issue happen always when you close AIDA64?  Do you have OSD or SensorPanel active (enabled in AIDA64) ?

Yes, I think I found the problem, when I close the program while the OSD panel is open, it gives a blue screen.

Thank you!  Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Let me know if it makes a difference.

I installed the beta version you linked, but the result did not change, I got a blue screen again

Thank you for checking it out.  What motherboard and video card do you have?  Do you have any special USB-connected devices, such as a smart PSU, AIO cooler, fan controller or external display device?
