AIDA64 throws a Blue Screen when closing it with the OSD Panel open

I am using AIDA64 version 7.65.7400. When I close the program, Windows gives a blue screen. This has happened to me before. Please help.

Thank you. Does the issue happen always when you close AIDA64?  Do you have OSD or SensorPanel active (enabled in AIDA64) ?

Yes, I think I found the problem, when I close the program while the OSD panel is open, it gives a blue screen.

Thank you!  Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Let me know if it makes a difference.

Thank you for checking it out.  What motherboard and video card do you have?  Do you have any special USB-connected devices, such as a smart PSU, AIO cooler, fan controller or external display device?

My motherboard is MSI Z270 Tomahawk. My processor is Intel 7600K. I do not use an external device.
By the way, today when I closed the program with the OSD panel closed, it showed a blue screen again.

I haven't found you in customer database.  It _may_ mean that you purchased a license from an illegitimate store that sells counterfeit AIDA64 product keys.

What video card do you have?  Do you have all updates and security fixes available to Windows 10 installed via Windows Update?

I tried two graphics cards (1050 ti and rx 580) and the result is the same. The updates are OK. Also, I installed Win11 for this program, and it gave me a blue screen again. I changed the RAM and it's the same, I've tried everything.

Thank you!  It's great that you've had a chance to check both those video cards, because it rules out that the culprit is the video card in this case.  Please try to disable (uncheck) Low-level SMBus operations in AIDA64 / Preferences / Stability.  Wait a bit after closing the Preferences with its OK button, then restart AIDA64 to apply the changes.

If it still triggers a BSoD that way, then please try to disable (uncheck) Low-level sensor operations in AIDA64 / Preferences / Stability.  Wait a bit after closing the Preferences with its OK button, then restart AIDA64 to apply the changes.

Let me know if disabling any of those options would help to get rid of the BSoD.  And I'm sorry for the pain and difficulties this issue is causing you, but we need to dig down deeper to find where the issue is.
