Win 11

Computer type  GMKtec NucBox K8 Plus

Disk drive DGSM4001TG23T

PCI Devices:
Bus 5, Device 0, Function 0 Innogrit RainierQX IG5220 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe 1.4 4-channel DRAM-less SSD Controller

When viewing information about Innogrit RainierQX IG5220 or receiving a report, it freezes and crashes with a blue screen, after which the disk is inaccessible. It is visible again only after turning off and on the computer. When running under winpe, everything is fine, i.e. the problem occurs only when the disk controller parameters are viewed when the operating system is running from it.

Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Let me know if it helps.
