Need help cannot figure ouit the setting.Help photo 1 is my setting and help 2 is my panel.When I open another program my help 2 photo or the sensorpanel goes from my 8" display secondary screen to my main mail screen how to keep it from from moving?

P/S this all after I D/L the newest beta version sunday.
