Incorrect T_sensor reading (Asus ROG Strix B850-I Gaming WiFi + Ryzen 9 9950X3D)

Both BIOS and D5 Next display correct temperature for the T_sensor (ambient temp 23.3C, bios 24C, D5 Next 23.3). Same T_sensor reading in AIDA64 is 114C. Tried different AIDA64 versions (including the latest beta from June 5th 2025), problem persists.

In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.

Thanks,

UEFI reports correct temps for T_sensor, within 0.5C difference comparing to D5 Next pumps readings

Thank you!  Please check the latest AIDA64 beta update available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Hi Fiery, have the same motherboard but with a 9800x3d. The latest beta is still showing the wrong temp for me - 12C. FanControl and HWinfo64 are reporting the BIOS temp.

Attached an ISA sensor dump to maybe help troubleshoot.

Thank you!

Thank you!  Please create a new ISA Sensor Dump and check what the TSensor temperature reported by HWiNFO64 in the same time you issue the dump.  We will need to figure out which register it is, there are way too many options :(
