Hello all,

I'm wondering if it's possible to show FPS on our lcd-screen aswell with AIDIA 64 Extreme Edition?

Yes, but only via Fraps.  You need to install and configure Fraps, and then you can add a new item named Fraps to your LCD or OSD in AIDA64.
