Renewal of AIDA64 from ASUS

Hello, hope everybody is having a good day. When I bought my ASUS motherboard I received a free AIDA64 Extreme (installed via the Armoury Crate application). Now my updates for AIDA64 have expired and I wanted to check how much is the cost to continue receiving the updates. But when I click on the Renew button inside AIDA64 I get the error that the key was already used by somebody to purchase a renewal and cannot be used again. Does that mean it is not possible to renew this AIDA64 from ASUS and a new license must be bought instead at the full price? Or did ASUS maybe extend the license for all and there is some way to activate this renewal it mentions? Any help is appreciated and thanks for reading 🙂
