SensorPanel is randomly positioned every time I start my machine.

Every time that I start or restart my computer, the sensor panel is in a random position.  I have a 5 inch screen which I have positioned the sensor panel to.  I have checked all of the options to make the sensor panel stay there, including "Keep SensorPanel the topmost window", "Prevent SensorPanel from being minimized:, and "Lock panel position".  I have tried unchecking them, also, and every combination of checked and unchecked, but yet...

Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Please use the pinning facility (AIDA64 / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel / Pin SensorPanel to monitor) to move the SensorPanel to the right (your 5-inch) screen.  Let me know how it works.
