chrislabs12 Posted August 10 Posted August 10 Hi, I'm using an ASUS ROG Flow Z13 (2025), model GZ302EA, with AIDA64 Extreme v8.35.8400. AIDA64 is not reading the fan speeds correctly. Armoury Crate correctly reports both fans (for example, CPU Fan ~2400 RPM and CPU AUX Fan ~2800 RPM), but AIDA64 does not show the fans on the Computer > Sensor page. In SensorPanel, AIDA64 offers a Cooling Fans > CPU sensor, but it displays an invalid value around 4,294,967,299 RPM. ASUS WMI sensor support, ASUS ATKEX sensor support, Embedded Controller (EC) support, and Low-level sensor operations are enabled. I have attached my ISA Sensor Dump. The dump appears to show both TACH(0) and TACH(1) returning 4294967295. Could support for the two fan RPM sensors on the GZ302EA be added or corrected? Thank you. isasensordump.txt Quote

Thank you. isasensordump.txt 8.56 kB · 0 downloads We've checked, and strangely enough, on some GZ302EA systems both fans can be read properly, while on others -- using the very same method -- the RPMs are both reported as 4294967295 which means incorrect RPM. What we can do is remove the invalid reading, but sadly we have no technical information on how to properly and reliably measure fan RPM on your particular system Quote
