fixed: Fan speed and +12V bad reading on ASRock 970M Pro3

Hi there,

 

First I thought it was from the BIOS (checked, it's latest), then I did a beta update to AIDA64 - latest, then I remembered that AsRock has a poor app that can show some basic info.

 

ps. Checked in BIOS, the output is the same as in the AsRock APP.

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.
