Hattiwatti
I've been testing Aida64 version 5.6 with different cpu and ram overclock and there are odd drops in my L2 Cache scores, mainly read speeds. Here are examples with 44x multip. overclock on i5 4690k. System is stable with overnight prime95. L2 Cache scores: run1 382 174 239 GB/sec run2 240 166 238 run3 403 173 240 run4 245 164 236 L1 and L3 cache scores and memory speeds stay rather constant. Is this L2 read issue cause for concern? Fiery
It is usually due to a background process or service that uses system resources, and causes AIDA64 to "race" for L2 cache usage. Try to close as many background processes and stop as many services as possible. Alternative solution is to measure the L2 scores 10 or 20 times, and ignore the lowest 50% of the results.
