Wrong GPU temperature (Dell Vostro 1500 / Studio 1537)

That's because AIDA64 reads GPU temperature directly from the GPU, while GPU-Z goes through ForceWare drivers to obtain the GPU temperature reading. And ForceWare seems to use a +5 Celsius offset on the raw temperature reading. If you believe +5C offset should be applied on the AIDA64 reading, you can configure it in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / Correction.

Thanks, and another problem:

In the Cooling Fans section, System,Fan #1,Fan #2 shouldn't be exist, they're stuck at 922rpm too

That's what the Dell SMI interface reports for your fans ;) We'll remove those readings in the next AIDA64 beta update.

SpeedFan is not our software, so I'm not able to tell you why it measures too low temperatures. But the difference could come from the wrong usage or wrong detection of TJMax temperature.

Thanks, GPU Fan is stuck at 0% too

And another laptop, Dell Studio 1537

Dump files: https://www.sendspace.com/file/agemqf

There's an iGPU diode while the laptop doesn't have any onboard GPU, only HD3450

And the GPU Fan is stuck at 30% while the laptop has only one fan which is the CPU (System) fan:

iGPU temperature is reported by the ACPI BIOS as video adapter temperature. I'm not sure what would it refer to, but since it is specifically reported as video adapter temperature, I'd hesitate to alter the label.

We'll remove the GPU fan duty cycle reading for both Studio 1537 and Vostro 1500 in the next AIDA64 beta update.

For Vostro 1500, now it shows Temperature #1/#2/#3/#4 that seems to be stuck

Yes, since we've extended the Dell SMI temperature slots from 5 to 8. Which of the temperature readings are stuck? Are you absolutely sure they mean nothing and should be removed?

Just checked the latest version of AIDA64 on Studio 1537 but the GPU fan duty cycle still exists
