Hardware problem detected, hope you can help me understand what it is (Asus Z87-K)

hi, when I stress test I'm getting either system freeze, hardware failure message or cpu downclock spikes everynow and then.

 

my whole config is 

4670k overclocked to 4.2

z87-k asus

8gb ram 1333

Xfx psu 650w gold

ssd crucial mx500

r9 390 sapphire

 

I have the latest bios and drivers.

I suppose your overclock settings are a bit too much for your system to work stable. You need to lower the clocks and/or adjust the voltages and memory timings to make it stable.
