saky
Hi, i just built new PC and the first thing i decided to do after instaling windows, drivers etc... was to run Aida64 test. Surprisingly the test stopped after just 10-12 seconds, with red message above "Warning: Hardware failure detected! Test stopped". I ran more tests and i found out, that if I uncheck "Stress system memory" the test runs OK. So my question is, is something wrong with my RAM or what is causing it? Fiery
The hardware failure in this particular case is most likely caused by an excessive RAM setting that makes the RAM modules generate CRC errors occasionally. If it were a lot worse, Windows would fail to boot up. Try to lower the RAM frequency a notch, like from DDR4-3000 to DDR4-2800, it should help.
