It's a common phenomenon about Qualcomm Snapdragon based Android devices.  Make sure to ignore the highest reading, and only draw conclusion from the rest of the readings.  To me the rest looks absolutely fine.

I have just bought an Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (6GB) variant. But the problem which is facing is that there is a slight problem with the touch and also sometimes the screen is turning black, it's 3days old only. The problem which I told is been encountered by me from the very first day of unboxing it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.
