I purchased AIDA64 Extreme in hope of troubleshooting my PC stability issue.

I have recently built a new computer, and it has been randomly freezing every now and then.

This is especially prominent while playing video games or watching YouTube videos.

I thought it was my video card issue, so I RMA it to Gigabytes but then after 2 weeks of testing, they said they found no issue with the video card.

Now I have no idea where to start.

May I ask how can I use the AIDA64 to troubleshoot this issue?

System Specifications:
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700K

SSD2: Corsair Force LE (For Gaming)

I'd make sure to have the system running at stock settings (no overclock).  If it still doesn't work, then try to borrow a PSU from a friend and check if it is the culprit or not.  If that still doesn't solve it, try to borrow a set of RAM modules.  If it still doesn't solve it, then it could well be the motherboard, which is the most difficult part to replace.
