Laz322 Posted November 9, 2019 Share Posted November 9, 2019 Why does the sensor panel manager (under temperature) show my Samsung EVO 1TB drive twice? I've noticed that I'm getting two different temps for the drive and would like to know why, and whether or not it's important? I included an image below, so you can see what I'm talking about. Thanks. Because your SSD has 2 thermal sensors. Some sources indicate that the 2nd one is the one for the flash memory controller chip, but it was never confirmed by Samsung itself.
