Hello community, I have a problem, I want to install a 64-bit app on my phone but I see that it says 32-bit mode, can I change that?

You can only change that in case the manufacturer of your device updates the firmware with an Android platform that has a 64-bit kernel.

It seems quite common with Samsung devices to have a CPU capable of handling a 64 bit OS but only actually installing a 32 bit version. My  Galaxy Tab A (2018 10.5) is like this.

I also have this problem...but is there anything that I can to to use it in 64 bit mode?

You can only convert an Android platform to 64-bit by installing a new Android firmware update that is 64-bit.  You need to consult with the manufacturer of your device and inquire them whether they have such an update for your device.
