Hi Guys,

Any chance that we can get support for the EK-Loop Connect V2 fan/pump controller?

Thanks

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

Thanks,
Fiery

I think that is the EK-Connect device yes.

I could try and disconnect it, and see if the YiMing 1840 device disappears?

That would be great as a test.  Thank you in advance!

Meanwhile, we've ordered an EK-Loop Connect device in order to help us do more research.  I'm not sure however if it's gonna be V1 or V2 of the device.  Do you know how to recognize device version, and what the differences are between the two versions?

Meanwhile we've contacted EKWB in order to find out whether they are willing to provide technical documentation on how to interact with the EK Loop Connect device.  It doesn't seem to be trivial, so it would be best if they could help us out.

Hi Fiery,

Did you have any luck with getting more info from the EK Loop connect?

I'm afraid EKWB refused to provide us with any technical documentations or any help on supporting their hardware in our software.  You and other EKWB customers may want to put more pressure on EKWB in order to kinda force them to be more open and collaborative.

They contacted us directly, so huge thanks to you!  Let's hope things will accelerate from here immensely.
