No Payment Method for China???

well, I see the payment method support Alipay payment，but the option I check have no way to bought by Alipay ，just has Chinese language，you know in China we don't have visa or any payment from abroad ,just wechat or alipay use more. please solved it thanks!!!

sorry my English is not so good ,I hope you could understand what I say ~by the way ,dose this software support Chinese version such as menus has Chinese translation so that I can use it easily or fitable?
