so iv been using aida64 for the past year (no problems) iv recently upgraded my motherboard from a msi b450 tomahawk max to a asus b550 f  and i seem to be missing chipset temp, t sensor and also ram voltage unfortunately the board doesn't have vrm temp sensor so was hoping to use the t sensor instead. my bios is on the latest version and the chipset and all drivers are up to date and im running the latest aida64 beta version (i think) any help would be much appreciated.

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Embedded Controller Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

I have the exact same problem as @Beans81. In Corsair iCue, my motherboard shows 12 temperature sensors/readings, however AIDA64 seems to only detect the sensor #1.  Here is my debug protocol:

Thank you!  Contrary to our previous assumption your motherboard doesn't have EC that would expose further thermal readings.  Please check if you have the same temperatures reported in AIDA64 than in the BIOS Setup (UEFI Setup).  If you have more thermal readings in the BIOS, please let us know what they are.

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.
