I have problems with my video controller, my pc says it is not present, I have tried the driver pack and some other programs that download the drivers automatically but I have not solved the problem, I would like you to help me solve the problem on how to update the video controller, please, thank you very much.

Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your PC to a local specialist and have it checked out.
