min/max multipliers reported as 16x/63x.on i7 2600(non k),ga-p67a-ud3p-b3 mobo,current o.c.@42x multiplier,100mhz,1.34v 24/7.so,bug?.

That issue has already been resolved in the latest AIDA64 release:

http://www.aida64.com/downloads/a64xe

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.
