Lock size does not work at all.

First of all i paid for this software and did not steal a code. So, for the love of all that is holy, why the hell can I not get the panel lock size to just lock the damn size. Please help. I have done the DPI settings item. I have done the scaling for different monitors thing. Every time I get any sort of update to a driver any where on the damn PC this software destroys all the work I put into making the sensor panel. It shifts everything off the screen I spent hours making and changes the size to whatever number it feels like no matter what I set the lock to. In fact if I open a panel that I know I had saved as 1024 by 600, it resizes it to 1564 by something every time. Please can someone tell me what to do to fix it or can I have my money back.

  • Largeone299us changed the title to Lock size does not work at all.

This time I updated the AMD CPU drivers for my 3600 and it set all the panels off scale again. You can see I have the panel locked. I open a sensor that was made for 1024 by 600. It changes it to the other size and moves all the items even though lock panel size is checked and the panel was correct before this. What am I doing wrong?

It's usually because the display DPI setting keeps changing (for whatever reason).  You need to make sure the DPI is constant since SensorPanel needs to follow DPI scaling setting to look properly awesome on all displays.

You can't set dpi scaling on a 7 inch screen with 1024 by 600 size. The problem occurs that you can move it onto the small screen and make it fit but as soon as you adjust dpi scaling on the main screen it blows it up to match the main screen. It also will change the screen size even when you use the lock screen size function. What good is the function if it does not work to maintain what you have worked on at the proper size you set it.

If i set the scaling  on the main screen to 100% it works as intended but I cannot see anything on my 4k screen. I can move the sensor panel to the small screen and as soon as I adjust the scaling so I can read it the sensor panel blows up to the larger size even though it is on another screen. That is the behaviour I am trying to stop.

I have this problem too.  I have searched for a solution and found nothing.  So is there a fix for this Issue?  I will explain my exact setup.

Main monitor- 5120x2880 or 3840x2860 at 250 scaling

2nd display- 1920x480 position Top Left

The only way the sensor panel displays correctly is when I have the main monitor set to 100% scaling.  I have tried changing the dpi settings in the compatibility menu to system, system (enhanced) and application modes.

Is there a setting that can make the sensor panel ignore the dpi settings and use 100% scaling at 1920x480 resolution?
