7" monitor displaying an offset desktop

Hi there, 

I recently bought a 7" HDMI panel, resolution 1024x600. The desktop is offset from the center of the screen and so I tried to find a solution for that. The only answer I got was that windows 10 doesn't support the resolution, but I think many of you guys here are using that resolution on your 7" panels, so I don't know, it just sounds dumb to me.

Any idea why I got this issue and how to solve it? If I have to change the panel,what would I have to look for this time?

It sounds like a hardware issue to me.  Try to contact the person or store you've bought it from and seek for a resolution to your issue.

Done did, waiting for an answer. Got another one off amazon, meanwhile.
