Please support UTF-8 encoding

My system character set is utf-8, but all Chinese character is mistaken Code.

You need to set the proper codepage for non-Unicode programs in Windows Settings, and it will work fine.  We currently have no short-term plan to implement support for UTF-8 or Unicode encoding.

实际上，你只需要把 `Language` 文件夹里面的 `lang_cn.txt` 的编码改成 `UTF-8` 就可以了，亲测有效。

In fact, you only need to change the encoding of `lang_cn.txt` in the `Language` folder to `UTF-8`. It works in personal testing.

We've just rolled out the first beta build of the next-generation AIDA64 that switches from Ansi to Unicode string handling.  That should fix such issues about localization.
