AIDA64 causing pc to hang/freeze

Hi there - new user to AIDA64 but already I have an issue. After a short amount of use my PC freezes and becomes totally unresponsive, and the only way to sort it is a long press on the power key.

Uninstalling AIDA64 has stopped this from happening. There is nothing in the event viewer/logs to show what the issue may be. Currently using the latest Beta version of AIDA64. Specs below:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

B450

16Gb Ram

RX6600XT

AIDA64 Extreme
6.33.5772 Beta
06/10/2021

Any ideas as to what is causing this freezing? The only other monitoring software I'm using is CoreTemp 1.17.1

Many thanks

simple. for the past 3 year amd [ati card rx series] cause your problem with aid64.

disable all gpu monitoring in aid64 and no more problem.

aid64 and amd trow the ball at etch other for the problem fault.

that mean no resolve of the problem soon.

OK, thanks for the reply. I see some other users have sensor panels displaying other RX series of cards, it it specific to the RX 6600 XT do you know?
Mine is a Sapphire Nitro + for what it's worth
