It could increase the CPU core clock for a short duration but then it his thermal limits and gotta decrease the core clock again. Quote

People from the portal "toms hardware" have told me it is AIDA anomaly for my case with an argument that if the CPU has ever spiked to 120c [p.s the CPU spiked not CPU Diode] that it would just shut down, but it did not, which they use as and argument that is the AIDA anomaly.
